Happy New Year!

Hello all,

Just a quick post to wish everyone a happy and safe new year!

With a side of nail art 😉

I was thinking of doing something with a deep blue and maybe matte finish, but decided to go against all my instincts and go opposite!

Instead I grabbed Five and Ten, a light champagne color from the OPI Breakfast at Tiffany collection, and applied 3 light coats. I then decided to add a little more sparkle by adding a coat of Champagne for Breakfast on top. I loved the glam sparkle, but didn’t feel like it was quite New Years worthy just yet.

I pulled a bottle of black glitter, I would tell you what shade it was, but it’s an Essie mini with no sicker or name, so I have no clue what it was haha. I loaded up the black glitter polish to a sponge and applied the color to my nails near the cuticle.

For added flair, I stamped a random geometric image from the Stampohlic 07 plate and applied it to my ring finger.

Now I felt like my nails were ready to party and dazzle at New Years.

Although I’m just spending it at home with my parents haha. No matter where you’re welcoming in the new year, I hope you are safe!

Thanks so much for stopping by and being a reader!

I’ll see you in 2018!

  1. I home with my hubby and kids for the new year, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Also, the geometric stamp image is the perfect addition to the glitter!
