Simple Spring Mani

Today it’s gonna be short and maybe sweet.

Since the last mani I did on this blog was in tribute to all the storms we’ve had here in California (yay end of drought, boo property damage!), I decided to do a little something something to welcome spring now that it seems that the storms have settled down.

The polish I went with was Maya, a beautiful soft yet bright coral from Zoya. I grabbed this lovely polish (and like 20 others) during Zoya’s awesome Black Friday sale last year.

It’s a bit sheerer than I had anticipated. I built the color up to my desired opacity with three thin coats. The color is beautiful and just says “Hello Spring” to me.

To add some pop and interest I thought I might be nice to top my accent nail with something. I went with the Fruit Spritz topper from Sally Hansen. Using the sponging method, I applied a nice layer of the circle glitter to my ring fingernail.

And there’s the finished look. I had taken some more photos but I didn’t notice how terrible they were until I had uploaded them my computer. By then it was too late to retake the photos as I had already removed the mani, so my apologies for the meh photo quality 😰 lol

Next week will be brother! Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their week!

As always thanks for reading,

XoXo
